If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition for a complete and immediate refund, within 30 days of receipt. This refund will cover the initial cost of the items purchased, but not any delivery charges incurred by you on returning the product/s to us. If the item/s returned are not received in their original condition, i.e. they are returned incomplete or damaged, a refund will not be issued.
If the item is damaged when it reaches you or we have supplied you with the incorrect product, our customer service team will arrange a replacement, If after your order has been despatched, you wish to cancel because you no longer require the products purchased, please send the goods back to us at your own expense. When they are received back in their original condition we will provide a full refund on the product of your original order only. Authorisation to return goods must be obtained at all times.
1. Get in touch using our Returns Form below or log in to your account and click on the returns option to obtain an authorisation number. Alternatively, you can call our Customer Service team 8am to 5pm seven days a week on 603-793-4373
2. Parcel up goods with the original documentation and write the authorisation number on the outside of the parcel.
3. If returning in the mail please obtain proof of postage.
Please allow up to 21 days for a refund. Please allow 10 days for a replacement. Damaged or faulty items will be replaced immediately when you contact us.
